Our team consists of experienced, permanent employees with different academic backgrounds and national as well as international project experience. Every researcher or project manager has learned Executive Search / Active Sourcing from the bottom up and possesses excellent soft skills in interpersonal communication - a basic prerequisite to learn more about potential candidates and to motivate reserved receptionists to be more open.
